Which video should I watch first?
Start with module 01, WPCRM Rollout Training Overview, then module 02, Getting Started. Continue in order or use the topic filters to revisit a particular workflow.
Why is Google asking me to sign in?
The training videos and SOP are protected in Google Drive. Sign in with your Olympia Google account. If you still cannot open a resource, contact the CRM rollout coordinator to check your access.
The video won't play in the hub. What now?
Select “Open in Drive” to watch in a separate tab. Check that the correct Olympia Google account is active. If playback still fails, report the video title and the error you see.
Where will new training appear?
